Chris is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Colorado with extensive experience working with individuals and families with properties ranging from $150,000 to the tens of millions. He has worked in multiple cities and with clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. While residential markets remain his primary forte, Chris is skilled in managing investment properties, with several of his real estate investments. He comprehends the complexities inherent in buying, selling, or managing rental properties.
Chris started as a Loss Mitigation Manager, negotiating short sales for the top four U.S. lenders, which he leverages even today. This experience has instilled in him the importance of completing a real estate transaction correctly from beginning to end, as he reviewed thousands of delinquent mortgages and sorted through countless real estate transactions that had been carried out incorrectly.
He opened TRUE REALTY after spending his first two years learning from an accomplished Broker. His objective was to achieve the trust, confidence, and satisfaction of each client he had worked with. Several years and thousands of transactions later, he still has this same goal.
With the growth of TRUE REALTY, Chris has expanded his role, taking more responsibility for agent training and development, coaching, and leadership. Under his guidance, the team has perfected the process of helping clients buy and sell homes in Colorado, resulting in predictable outcomes for our clients.
